  • Can I combine and purchase adjoining lots to make one larger lot?

    Yes, we allow you the flexibility to combine adjoining lots to suit your needs, however we can only offer this on a limited basis so let us know as soon as possible as to your intentions.

  • Is there a discount for combining and purchasing multiple home sites?

    Yes, but since different lots are different sizes and have different characteristics we can only give you a price for a multiple lot purchase once we know which lots you would like to combine.

  • Can I reserve home sites within Hawley Estates that are not yet offered for sale

    You sure can. Just let us know which lots you are interested in and we would be pleased to give you information about how to secure them and when these lots will be ready for building.

  • Once I have bought a home site how long do I have to build on it?

    Once again flexibility is our hallmark. We allow up to 5 years to begin construction on your home, although construction must be completed within 12 months of starting.

  • If I buy a lot but have not yet built on it, do I have to pay any HOA fees?

    You will be responsible for any HOA fees and obligations from the purchase date of the lot. This is so as to provide for maintaining Hawley Estates to a high standard. HOA fees are however kept at a minimum so as not to be a burden.

  • What are the HOA fees and what do they cover?

    HOA fees are yet to be determined, and the association set up. The fees will be set at a very reasonable level, and will cover the maintenance of common areas.

  • What types of utilities are located in Hawley Estates?

    Private well and septic are utilized in Hawley Estates. A soil engineer has made a detailed survey of each lot and we guarantee that each home site can support a septic system. The beauty of a private well and septic system is that there are no water and sewer bills to pay. Now that’s wonderful.
